You first film a short mock lesson of yourself using a few slides provided and then you will have a 10 minute mock lesson with an interviewer. The interviewers are generally kind and helpful, although, they may pose as students that struggle with the material or lack focus. You will then receive notes on your class and if you do not pass, you will be provided with another opportunity on a different day with a different interviewer.

Straightforward interview that offered a solid overview on the company and requirements. There is a mock-class portion of the interview where you use the interactive platform to teach a short lesson and get feedback and suggestions.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.
