Interview
Extensive online application. Make sure you have a comprehensive resume (including volunteer work) available to fill in employers, years, total years worked, etc. Then a video interview with a native English speaking person and another video interview/ mock class with a non-native English speaking person who pretends to be a student. You must catch and correct mistakes, etc. If you pass this interview you will be offered a starting salary.

Interview
Initial application with resume, 30 min video call with interviewer directly in China within a few days of sending application, followed by offer of employment via online portal. Upon acceptance, immediate opening of class schedule online.
The interview process is a very detailed and long interview process. The company will thoroughly go through your application, request your credentials, and ask you to complete a mock class.

Straightforward interview that offered a solid overview on the company and requirements. There is a mock-class portion of the interview where you use the interactive platform to teach a short lesson and get feedback and suggestions.
