First there was a quick trial lesson video to submit (through the app), then there was training in related teaching and TEFL specific areas, and mock class. Then after you are accepted you do more TEFL training before starting.

Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
