VMLY&R Associate interview questions

Phone interview after being told that team leader really liked my resume and wanted to proceed forward with the process. After that interview (which I thought went well), was told by talent acquisition that I would hear back the following morning with updates but was encountered with radio silence. Followed up with three separate emails with 1 week in between each, and still never heard a single word back. This is highly unprofessional and this experience made me develop a whole new negative perspective towards this company. Candidates apply to jobs because we feel like we can succeed together and bring what is best to the table, but if HR and talent acquisition employees are going to treat us this way I can't imagine how you would treat your actual employees.
