You're first invited to an English proficiency interview (for non-native-speakers). Passing this step, a technical interview is placed, to understand your skills on a high level. Then you're invited to take a HackerRank challenge and a follow-up evaluation session regarding your implementations. Passing this step, you may or may not get a work proposal by the company.
