I had applied a long while back and had received an email response which was that my profile will be kept in the archives and the team might reach out in the future if there's any other vacant position in the future relevant to my profile. I had received such emails from multiple organisations and none of them have ever reached out. Volume is the only organisations I know of which actually lived up to their word. The interview process was extremely smooth and thorough. I felt there was some cosmic connection with the organisation and what it stands for. The hiring team did a great job and it felt even better than global agencies too.
