VSTECS interview questions

Was an unpleasant experience as the chairman was not ready for the interview and kept asking too many basic work flows and details of how other companies perform. It seems to me that they are taking the interviewee as a research subject instead of actually looking for to hire people. The whole process lack of proper communication, and lost the focus of attention to the work nature of the job itself.

Overall it's quite challenging as there are 2 rounds of interviews being conducted. The first round will be with HR team and second round with your respective head of department.
