Had a phone interview with talent manger. Went well and scheduled another phone interview- this time with the director. Director seemed positive with me and liked my work. I was told I would be contacted again since the phone call went a bit overboard. Never heard back and noticed the position was still posted. I followed up with an email and never got a respond. Following day, I checked again and the position was removed.

Very straightforward and fast process. Everyone from the team and the People's Op team were very communicative and friendly throughout the interview and follow-up. I went through 2 rounds of interviews and a presentation. The process took about 2 weeks in total.

What do you regret doing/not doing in your previous position?
First HR contacted me via email. Then I got a call from a director, and HR again. Then I had an interview with 2 young designers working there in the office.
Due to recent merging with another company, their schedules seemed disorganized, and I didn't understand why I didn't get to meet the director but 2 very very young designers. Although they seemed okay in terms of personalities, they didn't guide me to say what they really needed to hear, and couples days after the interview, the HR called me and told me I wasn't selected because the designers wanted to hear more about certain aspects of my works, and I was very confused by the fact that their director had nothing to say during the process.
People there might be okay, but do they put the right guys to do the right types of work? I doubted it.
