Vaden Automotive Group interview questions

Very laid-back and comfortable. The interview was about a hour in length and was not intimidating or nerve racking. Management makes you feels like family as soon as you walk through the door.

Met with General Manager. Discussed general topics related to field, swapped stories, answered questions relating to past scenarios I had encountered and how I handled them. Asked if I had any personal situations that may interfere with work performance. Industry is riddled with people who have substance issues and manager wanted to be very clear that he did not want those people working for him.
