Had a phone interview with the HR person, then she scheduled an interview with the VP of Sales who I would report to. Interview was very smooth and easy, the VP said he liked my experience and did 90% of the talking. Never really asked me any questions, just sold me on the company and why I will like working here. It sounded to me he had already decided to hire me.
