Group Interview. They held a job fair and interviewed everyone in a class room setting. They went over your transcripts and asked if you had previous experience. It went pretty quickly because they would eliminate you if you didn't have the proper credits for the course you wanted to teach.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Valencia College

You had to have a masters degree to be considered for a position and the interview were in 3 stages. Once you pass the 1st screening the director will call you for a phone interview. The third interview is a meeting with dean and director. I liked the interview, was asked a few questions

Interview
I applied during an adjunct fair job post. I received an email letting me know details of the fair where we got split up in groups by department. I interviewed with one of the department coordinators, and had to follow up in order to receive my next interview.
