I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Valenz Health
Interview
I met with an employee from an investment firm that is currently investing in Valenz. This person is dedicated to executive level interviews.
The interview was typical for executive level. These interviews typically focus on defining KPI’s, measuring efficiencies, experience and how well versed you are.
I have always been more of a do’er than talker as my experience has taught me that rarely does a great candidate have both.

Question 1
They went trough my history chronologically and asked me to explain each step of the way.
I interviewed at Valenz Health (Mechanicsburg, PA)
Interview
Engaging, thorough and not intimidating. They were very personable and the process was clearly explained and stress free. I enjoyed getting to know more about the company and the role - along with those who I would be working with on a day to day basis.
3 rounds, 1 phone call, 2 team calls with manager and some developers and product managers. Overall took an extremely long time to interview. HR doesn't respond back at all with confirmation of interview slots until about 1-2 weeks after sending open dates.

Question 1
How would you test the given application they were starting to make. Not a very structured question, when I asked for more details on specifics they might want to hear about, they said what would be the general QA process you would go about.

Like we say internally, sometimes there’s spilled milk, and it’s on us to clean it up. Thanks again for the feedback—wishing you the best in your search.
