Video call first, then in-person interview in-office downtown. Staff was very helpful, multiple staff members sat in on interview. Office area was new, staff was friendly and welcoming. Enjoyable interview experience.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Valesco Industries (Dallas, TX) in Sept 2020
Interview
The first interview was fit based. Asked a quick multiplication question along with what hobbies were and why PE? 2nd interview was scheduled but the position was filled before I had a chance to interview for the 2nd round

Where do you hope to be careerwise in the long run?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valesco Industries (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2016
Interview
First interview was phone call. Went very well. Behavioral, easy-going questions. Then they extended a 2nd round interview 2 weeks later to meet in their downtown Dallas office with an Associate and a Partner. However, 14 hours before the interview was supposed to take place, the Associate emailed me and cancelled the interview saying they just filled the position. Are you kidding me? Easily the most unprofessional recruitment experience I've ever been apart of.
