Validata Group interview questions

The process began with an announcement of the interview date and time, along with a request to complete and submit an assignment. The assignment had a 3-day deadline, which I met. When the interview finally took place, there was no introduction to the company, no overview of the role, and no effort to make the candidate feel welcome. They jumped straight into inappropriate questions — the first being about my age, followed by vague and personal questions about why I left my previous job. People were randomly joining and leaving the call, and at one point, I was suddenly speaking with the CEO without any context or proper handover. Midway through, they decided to switch the interview language without any prior notice. The whole session felt rushed and poorly organized — an attempt to cram HR, technical, and leadership discussions into one chaotic call. It was clear they had no respect for my time, preparation, or professional dignity.
