I enjoyed my interview process with Valley. It was very easy going, typical and we had 1 round of interview only.
I liked how the individual that I interviewed with made me feel super comfortable and treat it more like it was just a conversation! I feel like I was able to express myself a little more and answer specific questions better as they have set the mood to be like that already.

The questions are straight-forward and more personal such as: tell me about yourself, experience, what interested you about this position & etc. They want to get to know you and understand you as a individual as that will help determine if you are a good fit for the role and the company.
