It was a great experience. The rehab supervisor and recruiter explained the job responsibilities well & were responsive to any questions that were asked. They also allowed two physical therapists to come into the interview to allow me to ask them questions about the typical day of a PT at the hospital. Everybody was nice & treated me with respect throughout the whole process.
