The process took place with the Owner of the franchise I was applying to. I sent my resume by email directly to the owner. He wrote me back to set up an interview. This was hands down the easiest interview I ever had. Most of it was the owner talking about the problems he had with his Bistro, and if I felt ok to deal with it. At the end, the owner said he needed some time to think about it. The next morning, he called me to say he would hire me, and I said yes!
