For immunizer - zoom interview. Basic nursing questions related to immunizations. VCH was desperate for casual immunizers for Covid so it wasn’t very difficult. Interviewer was friendly, gave some situation based questions but mostly common sense

Went great and they were amazing I loved the interaction and general friendliness.. it was very very interactive as well … They make you feel very needed and appreciated grateful to have been interviewed by vch
It was an in person interview with the manager and, educator and a clinician. The interview process took 1 hour. The questions were average to difficult mainly focusing on prioritization and time management.
One day interview with educator and manager. Very straight forward. There was many scenario questions and questions about how you would handle some emergency situations. Depending on which unit you applied for, scenario questions might be bit different. Know what vch mission and values are.
