I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Vanguard Healthcare Services (Memphis, TN) in Jan 2014
Interview
I walked in the facility to apply for a position and was turned away by a rude receptionist, given a website address and told to apply online. Before exiting the building I asked what positions were open for an RN. He had no clue and asked me to wait while he found out. When he returned members of the nursing leadership team were with him. They set me up with a computer to complete my application and did a panel interview once it was completed

I applied online. I interviewed at Vanguard Healthcare Services (Brentwood, TN)
Interview
Easy. They hire anyone that tells them their hair looks good, or that they are funny. Be ready to kiss some butt if you get hired on here, or they will definetly get rid of you.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vanguard Healthcare Services (Brentwood, TN) in May 2014
Interview
I was contacted the very next day after submitting my application by a recruiter. When I returned the phone call that afternoon I did not hear back from anyone until late the next day and it was a different recruiter. When I went for my interview on a Tuesday the receptionist was pleasant as were the two people I interviewed with. I specifically asked when I would know something and if I would know something one way or the other. I was told I would hear something one way or the other by the next Wednesday. I called late Wednesday afternoon and was transferred to a recruiter's voicemail and left a message. I din't hear anything back so I called again on Friday and left a second message. On Saturday I left a facebook message on their recruiting wall and received no response. On Monday morning around 9 I called the recruiting SUPERVISOR a THIRD message and still as of two weeks out from my interview I have recieved no answers.
