I walked into the store, asked for the store manager to see if they were hiring, filled out an application, called to let them know I applied, was told to come in for an interview the following Monday, had one on one interview, got the job

Do you own any Vans? How would your friends describe you? Why would you be good for this position? (if you were to select merchandise...) How would you sell this to me?/ What do you like most about this?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
