Interview
The process took longer than anticipated but had clear communication when updates were available. The hiring team was the store manager and all communication went through her. I was hired as full time even though I interviewed for a seasonal position.

If you had to pick your favorite shoe, which would it be and why? Describe yourself. Why do you want to work for us?
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
