phone call with recruiter followed by phone interview with potential manager where she gave a brief description of the job as well as how company works. this call was folllowed by in person interviews with 4 others including VP. Met with Directors of different areas and finally the VP over the area. All interviews were easy - everyone really wants to know WHY vans and hear your perspective on how the stores and brand look. Everyone is clear that the job is very manual, systems are bad, etc. I had no idea just how bad it would all be.. They specify the need to be financially strong and build relationships with others.
