Did an initial screen and I knew immediately it wasn't a good match, and was relieved when they felt the same way. Whoever was interviewing me was soulless, so I couldn't build any rapport. They were also not technical, so explaining anything about my background was like talking to a brick wall, especially since there was also something of a language barrier.
It was an easy screen, nothing out of the ordinary as far as questions go. However, it was obvious she was going down a list of questions that she didn't actually understand. All of my responses were met with just another question, EXCEPT for when I talked about my experience as a startup founder, when she questioned if that even "counts".
The culture seems exactly like their product -- vague and uninteresting.
