I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanta in May 2025
Interview
My interaction with the recruiter while an active candidate were great, and the interviews themselves were thoughtful and well-organized. The recruiter even called me to let me know when they decided not to move forward with me as a candidate, which was a very kind gesture.
Unfortunately, in spite of the hours I invested in their process, the recruiter ghosted me when I requested feedback and politely followed up. I even provided them with an out asking that they just let me know if it's their policy not to provide feedback.
This final lack of follow-through marred the entire interview process, making it difficult to learn from the experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Vanta
Interview
Fairly straightforward process, starting with recruiter and hiring manager screens, then a case study interview, cross functional stakeholder interview and leadership interview. The recruiting team does a good job of prepping you for the interviews ahead of time.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Vanta (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jul 2025
Interview
Really positive experience. The recruiter I worked with was fantastic -- incredibly supportive throughout and helped me to navigate the process extremely well.
The process itself seemed fairly standard compared to other interviews I've done. The stages were:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring manager screen
- On-site phase one (engineering partnership, design partnership, values)
- On-site phase two (case study, leadership)
- Offer
