Contacted by recruiter via Linkedin and screened followed by a phone interview covering core competencies. Next and last was an on-site interview individually with all manages in the team. The Competency Based Behavioral Interview (CBBI) process gave me the holistic understanding of what they were looking for and hopefully gave them a 360 degree view of me as an employee and manager. Everyone was pleasant and unambiguous - by the end of the day I loved the team and really wanted to join!
