there are three rounds for interview programing round,technical round,hr round.
in programing round they tell you to write basic programs in any language.after u select for technical round they will ask you basic questions about .net and oops concept.

There round of interviews first they give logical 3 program after that face to face interview . There are 2 interviewer who have no manners to how take interview they think about which questions ask to candidates ..just westing time.
