Pre-calls with HR, two interview loops with 4-5 people in each loop from different groups within the company both to describe their roles and how the job worked with them and also to discuss how I would respond to the challenges those groups face and where I could help. Some of the panels were challenge type questions laying out hypotheticals to see how my background/skills would apply and what options, solutions or approaches I would use to address those challenges.
