A recruiter from Varonis sent me a message on LinkedIn asking if I was interested in the role. I replied back and she never responded. Since I was actually interested in the role, I applied online and a different recruiter reached out to me via email about 2 weeks later. We scheduled an interview. I prepped, spoke to a current employee to make sure I was prepared, only for the recruiter to email me the morning of the interview to say they were cancelling the interview because the team decided to move forward with someone else.
