I applied online. The recruiter called me out of nowhere with no prior email and started interviewing me right out of the gate without even asking if it was a good time. I stopped her and said I was about to board a plane and had less than five minutes. I asked her if there was a good time to schedule the interview? She was extremely rude and felt put out but we rescheduled to two days at 8am because that fit her schedule best. At the appointed time, she no shows. I called and left a voicemail and sent her a linkedin. Two weeks later, she responds via linkedin just to call her to setup a time. I told her I was withdrawing from the process based on her unprofessional behavior. Two weeks after that, I receive an email that was clearly a modified boiler plate email, "Thanks for your time but your background is obviously not a fit and you're not qualified for this role. Please consider applying to other roles in the future." The amount of unprofessional behavior from this company is astounding.
