Applied online and emailed the next day. Went in, met with three team members -- disorganized process. Asked many "have you ever..." skill questions and on-the-spot "how would you feel working for X client." Ended with a one hour skills test.

The interview was online with their HR. HR is friendly and the process was smooth. It took about 20-30 minutes, they only want to get to know the expected salary, background, etc. After HR, then we get to another round with the user.

Fairly quick & easy! I went through two rounds, with two different sets of people. I received a phone call with a verbal offer and the rest is history. Really cool way of being interviewed, way less nerve wracking than most.

This is a cliquey, condescending, culty company and the interview reflects that. A lot of condescension and patronizing. Applicants were also asked to do an in depth research project/presentation with little to no guidance on expecations.
