There was a take-home coding problem given before an in-person interview was offered. The in-person interview was about an hour and 30 minutes, and consisted mostly of lower-level technical and situational questions.
They look for people to solve the problem. No coding question for me. It is more practical question like give you a real world scenario to see how do you solve the problem,
