Initial Screening: I began with a phone screening with the HR manager. They asked about my background, experience, and motivations for applying. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my relevant skills and previous projects. I felt comfortable and appreciated the conversational tone.
Technical Interview: Next, I had a technical interview with the Senior Estimator. They asked more in-depth questions regarding my estimating process, software proficiency, and how I handle project scope changes.
