It was a well-organized process but recruiters are slow to respond. I was unsatisfied after getting the feedback saying that we are not going ahead with because of the salary issue as your salary is on the higher end. When you ask what is the budget they will simply say we are open. I am not sure what open means to them. Recruiters should keep in mind before calling someone for an interview about what is there current and their expectations.
