I was contacted by email from Eastin Issac and was asked to setup a time for a Skype interview. I had never done one before so I was definitely a little nervous about the experience. I was contacted via Skype at our agreed upon date and time and I was surprisingly calm as ever once we started talking. Mr. Isaac knows how to make someone feel comfortable and knows exactly what questions to ask for him to get to know that individual without having to be in person. He asked very detailed questions and also provided a lot of information about the company and the position. I would be surprised if they ever hired someone that wasn't a perfect match for the company. I was told that I would be contacted in a couple of business days with the next step in the process. It's only been one day and I'm keeping my fingers crossed! I hope to hear something soon and look forward to learning more about the company and hopefully becoming a great part of it.
