i was contacted by the phone first as i was referred by a current employee, and i have to make and interview with the recruiter, the department manager and the CFO, all interviews were average, they had concept the anything could be learned and i think the interview was all about the personality or if i will be merged good within the team to keep the work flow harmony. there was no technical questions all were personal, but bottom line the interview was easy.
