I don't recommend going to interview at this company as it seems the company does not respect candidates and candidates' time.
The interview was rescheduled two hours before the original time that day, and interviewer was more than 1 hr late to the interview. They really mind if you have changed more than 2 jobs in the past 10 years, and I spent over an hour explaining. Seems like they don't listen to candidates and have a preconception in mind. No candidate will be an exact match to their job description but they pick on every word on your CV. I had an awful feeling after the interview and felt that I had spent the last 1.5 hrs being summoned by police for a crime that I didn't commit. Life happens, people change jobs, and work in certain functions that may not be a 100% match to the job description. If those were dealbreakers, then why call me up for an interview? I have interviewed for over 200 companies in my career and never had such a bad experience interviewing as Veolia.
