I applied online for this position on December 14 and was pleased to receive an invitation for the HR interview shortly afterward. Following that interview, however, I did not receive any further updates regarding the status of my application, which was a bit unexpected based on my previous experiences with similar recruitment processes.

Interview consists of multiple rounds, first round is with a recruiter, second round with team lead, other rounds after that. First round was easy, just asked to describe previous working experience and expectations in company. Second round was similar to first one, but asked slightly more in depth about experience, expectations, and how you would solve improve X (scalability).
