      Senior UX Designer Interview

      14 Jan 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Verifi in Nov 2020

      Interview

The longest 1 hour interview I've had with a hiring manager. Without much intro, she was on a mission to ask all 100 of her questions and was very impatient with getting specific answers, cutting me off to ask the next questions. I did not get a chance to catch my breath, as she kept jumping from subject to subject. I can't imagine working with a manager like her tbh. From the types of questions she was asking, I could tell she was looking for someone who should have more of a tenured manager level experience at startups and enterprise than a senior.
