I was contacted by hr after sending my resume via employee referral for open position. They had an online aptitude test(ucad) and called me for a drive on Saturday. They took 3 technical rounds - one for testing, one for selenium and one for java. Then there was managerial round which was more of a discussion and understanding roles and responsibilities. Turns out although the interview and position was 'automation', expectation was to perform manual testing majorly. Interviewers were helpful and everyone was very polite and nice to talk to.
