The process began very positive. Did not end positive. HR very engaged with scheduling and feedback. Four interviews total. A week after the final interview I was told I was the front runner, but radio silence thereafter. Left to assume I was not offered the position. HR screening Hiring Manager Two senior MGT members Hiring Manager was focused mainly on skillset and past experience, and senior MGT asked mostly behavioral questions. Team members all pleasant and asked thoughtful questions. Interviews felt like two way discussions.
