Had an engaging panel interview with two team members. They were very upfront and honest about the position and its requirements. They showed genuine interest in getting to know me and my background, and were willing to answer whatever questions I had.
The interview process straightforward and as expected for this type of role. However, what was not expected was being completely ghosted after the final round and having my follow-up emails ignored.
Panel of three interviewers. Questions tested country knowledge, judgement and competencies. Questions were thoughtful and showed that they had spent time reviewing my profile. Clear desire to understand my motivations and aspirations.
