Interview
The talekt acquisitin person who interviewed me was unprofessional and didn’t seem to know the basic business terms. She also called me by the wrong name several times and despite having given her lots of clear examples of the experience she was looking for, she still said she didn’t feel I gave her examples of any such experiences. It was like having to explain things to a child. And some of the mannerisms she dusplaued were downright rude, tbh. This was by far the strangest and most aggravating first interviews I have ever had.

Simulación de un asesoramiento telefónico, simulando una llamada real entre el cliente y el teleoperador. Después de ello, recibía feedback y lo repetía pero en inglés, haciéndome además preguntas adicionales en inglés.
Foi calmo e tranquilo me senti confortável , a empresa e muito segura e gostei dos benefícios, pra primeira experiência com entrevista achei bem tranquilo espero conseguir essa vaga na verisure

Primero te hacen llamada telefónica en la que entiendo que se hace una pequeña criba, la segunda fase es una entrevista grupal con bastantes personas, y por último te hacen una llamada final indicando si has sido seleccionado.
