Primero tuve una entrevista con RRHH donde me contaron un poco de la empresa. Son muy estrictos con que vayas presencial y no hay flexibilidad para negociar días de home office.

Interview
The process took about one month. I had an interview with HR, then one with a technical manager, and two technical interviews. Overall, the experience was positive.
After the first technical interview, part of the same assessment was presented again in the second technical round, but then we moved on to discussing UML design.

La entrevista consiste en una llamada en pair programming para resolver ejercicios en vivo. Se recomienda tener preparado ejemplos en repositorio ya que suele sumar puntos. Se consulta el por qué de las decisiones que se toman (estructura del proyecto ,arquitectura).
