Applied & Recruiter reached out right away. Did phone interview and she was not seasoned or not professionally excited. I wasn't feeling it in this phone screen interview with her, but just kept saying to self would not be working directly with her. I had to keep asking her questions and to repeat what she was asking as she was not clear, again maybe she was new. Had plenty of experience (15+years) and they have a few positions open they can't seem to fill, but didn't move along to hiring manager for even a chance. So I see it as it wasn't meant to be or it's not a company I would want to work for.
