It was a first stage casual interview to discuss about the company and my experience. Interviewer told about his journey and how company works, from where it revenues come from and overall structure. It was insightful I found lot of interest in joining the team.

Tell me about yourself and what you know about the company?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vernacare in Oct 2020
Interview
Contacted by an agency. Three rounds, 1st with the agency (phone), 2nd with the to-be line manager (video call), and the 3rd and last with two panelists (in person). A mix of HR, experience, and technical questions. In-depth questions about the regulations, compliance process, and its application to various real-world scenarios. Some technical questions were a bit vague or very general making it difficult to formulate an appropriate response. I think the interview had gone well and I was not given any negative feedback. I was expecting an offer after the final round but was told that the role's requirements may need to be changed to better align with the business needs and that I was the first candidate to be interviewed so they would like to, if I may, "shop around" - which I think is reasonable. Overall a good interview experience.
