I had a phone and on-site interviews. I have been asked a lot of personal questions not related to job at all, about my family, my parents. I thought it might be a relaxed casual type of interview and tried to ask questions back to have a conversation but the interviewer ignored my questions. The interviewer asked me only one question related to job. The interview was very not professional in general.
