Interview
Applied online and had to do some psychometric tests. If you pass that, they get you to do a pre-recorded video interview. Just your general interview questions.
Then they get the candidates into their Assessment Centres where you're split into groups and have to complete some tasks. Last is the group interview stage with 2 interviewers and 3 candidates. They ask a question and you take turns answering. The whole process took about 4 months from start to finish.
