Three rounds - one initial screening call, second round in-depth architecture interview, third round was panel interview about case studies and architectural experience. I reached third round but I feel I didn''t go into solutions in-depth and was skimming over topics rather than go in-depth.

Recruiter introductions and chat to begin with. The formal process is a two stage process supported by a personality & behavioural questionnaire. First round competency interview followed by at least one general two-way chat/interview. Interviews are generally done by senior people.
