Interview
The interview process, after the initial screening call, took the format of a single interview which involved a free discussion with a Senior Java Developer and an Architect. This discussion did include a round of general technical questions, which were very much a two-way discussion and allowed scope to expand on topics. The two interviews were friendly and good to talk with.

Question 1
As well as general discussions about various experience and answering questions about the company, in terms of technical things and company culture, the technical aspects included questions around Micro-services, Development Patterns, SOLID principles, Some generic Java questions, Test Quality and general CI/CD process.
Technical level followed by HR discussion. An average interview with java interview questions followed by team lead related activities done in previous projects. The second round was HR round, mostly salary and benefits associated discussion.

Interview
One interview with the HR representative. General questions, discussing the position, the process and the salary expectations.
Second and final round with tech lead and project manager. Lot of technical questions, good discussion around ways of working, importance of quality.
After this interview a quick decision was made and an offer was provided.
