I applied online and received an invitation to take their personality/cognitive assessments. I completed these and was then invited to a 30 minute Zoom interview which would include an interview to learn more about the company and a retake of the cognitive exam.
I inquired if there was an issue with the cognitive exam I completed previously and was told "this is part of our process". Armed with that knowledge I withdrew my application - if you are micromanaging my interview process what would working there be like?
Suggestion - have candidates take the cognitive during the Zoom interview. Not twice.
